We had so much fun capturing this sweet family and their two little ones. Mom happens to also be a friend from high school, so it’s always fun to catch up and such an honor when they ask me to capture their family. We went to a farm near Spring Valley, MN for their session. It was a beautiful backdrop for their family portraits with trees just starting to turn, fences, rustic buildings, etc.

Taylor ’21 {SE MN Senior Portrait Photographer}

Taylor started with a sunflower mini session and then her and her Mom liked what they saw on the back of my camera and decided to book a full Deluxe Senior session. ? For her Deluxe session, we did some photos with a cow at Rockie Top Acres Alpacas (big thanks to the Lohmann family) then we headed to use downtown Wykoff, MN. So much fun and so many laughs. Thanks for letting us capture these memories for you and your family, Taylor!

Mason ’21 {MN Senior Portrait Photographer}

Busy season is happening. Love it!
Mason got a really nice night for his photos and his easy-going personality made our job easy. We id a few photos and then headed outside to do some photos downtown Spring Valley, MN using the buildings as our backdrops. We have so many great spots for photos in our small town.

Dog 1 Year {Rochester MN Dog Portrait Photographer}

Had a little extra time tonight as the kids we were supposed to photograph had a bit of a fever yesterday, so to be safe, we rescheduled their session. Our breeder had asked for some updated photos to be sent along with a survey now that Maverick is a year old, so I edited some I had taken last weekend to send to them. I had not been looking forward to fall weather, but after editing these, I am so excited about all the colors of fall.

On August 25, 2020, Maverick turned 1 so I also did a cake smash session with him with a dog-safe cake. So fun! He was a little unsure at first and then liked it and probably would have eaten more if it had not been a bit frozen still.

Not having the studio and all our props at hand made me nervous that I may have not grabbed something we would need during the session, but it turned out absolutely perfectly.
