Wasn’t this weekend awesome? I spent Saturday with family hanging out and playing ladder golf at my cousin’s graduation party. It was great day! Congratulations, Shane! Sunday was a lazy day. I was bored, so I went outside with my camera in hand to get some shots of our late blooming poppies.  Have a great week!Â

A few weeks ago, we shot my cousin Court’s softball photos before she had to turn in her uniform. I love to shoot Court because she is always full of her own ideas for posing and we always have a few good laughs together during the shoot. Courtney loves playing softball (and is quite good if I do say so myself) but I’d also say she is quite the fashionista. So, we of course had to shoot a few in regular clothes that she pulled out of my closet. She would have liked to do more. And we will this summer sometime outside.Â

Tonight, I took advantage of not having much to do, I went out around the farm and just shot to get back into the swing of shooting outdoors. While out wandering, I had an observer for a few minutes, too. I wasn’t expecting that. I can’t wait for my summer sessions to start. I’ve started booking July through October, so it’s not to early to get a session scheduled if you are planning to do so. Anyway, I hope everyone was able to get outside and enjoy the weather, today.
I went to my first 2009 GMLOK softball game, tonight.  I didn’t stay for both games because the rain chased me away, but they were playing great! Good luck with the end of the season and Sub-Sections, girls! .jpg "softball1")
