PROM, PROM, PROM!! Oh, I just LOVE PROM!  Beautiful couples, pretty dresses, and lots of fun pictures! My cousin, Claire, had prom, again this past weekend , so she and some friends came down from Rochester for some pictures at the studio.  And then some of my 2013 seniors from Kingsland stopped in  before Grand March, too.  And then Ashley, who works with me as an assistant stopped in with her prom date, too. 

Thanks to everyone for stopping in!  We had fun seeing everyone dressed up and capturing some portraits for you.  Hope you all had a blast at prom and made some great memories with your friends.

Felt so great to be able to get back outside and shoot some portraits, too. I enjoy shooting in the studio, but  after this winter here in Minnesota, it fell amazing to be outdoors, again.      Love the things he brought with to incorporate into the session to show who he is at this time in his life, too…

Celebrating 50 Years {Spring Valley Minnesota Couples Photographer}

Courtney and I got to spend a bit of time doing a quick session with this wonderful couple who is celebrating 50 years together this week. We really enjoyed these two and learning a little about them.  Fantastic to see a couple reach that milestone, congratulations!  Cheers to many more years of happiness and health.

Stewartville Prom 2013 {Stewartville MN Portrait Photographer}

This past weekend 2 of my cousins, Court and Claire,  had prom, so they along with a couple of friends came down to the studio for photos before Grand March.  So much fun getting to see them all dressed up!  Also, just an fyi that we will be at the studio May 4th for Kingsland’s Prom  for a couple of people and for my cousins prom for Lourdes, so if you’d like to come in with your date or a group of friends, just let me know.  No charge to take the photos and 5×7’s are $7.50.
